The IMETT Analyzer is a metabolic that connects you and your treadmill or bike to a computer that measures your rate of breathing, heart rate, and the amount of speed or resistance it takes you it takes you to reach different stages of cardiovascular work.
From the test results, the program determins your ideal training zones. Using your heart rate, ventilation, and workload information a program is designed varying your workouts at regular intervals to optimize your performance.
Once your numbers are analyzed and your workout goals are chosen, the program prints out your own workout cards. The cards break down your day to day cardio workouts, how often, how long, what type, and how hard every workout should be for you to produce the best and fastest results. There are over 60 workout programs to meet any clients needs, including fat loss, endurance, speed, and recovery.
